Marketing Director & Launch Specialist

Lead our go-to-market strategy and product launches for a legal technology platform that is redefining estate planning automation. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on launch execution during our startup phase.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the FTL Platform
  • Lead product launches from positioning to post-launch optimization
  • Build and manage marketing infrastructure (CRM, analytics, attribution)
  • Create messaging frameworks that resonate with estate planning attorneys
  • Manage demand generation campaigns across digital channels
  • Establish partnerships with legal industry associations
  • Track and optimize key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in legal tech
  • Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Deep understanding of law firm buying behavior
  • Experience building marketing systems from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills with marketing analytics tools
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000
